Lord of the Storm, Master of the Legion

Description:

From Imperial Historian Gustav Priscus’ A History of the Storm Legion, Volume I “Stirland”

…and then their terrible Master entered the Count’s hall. Taller even than the half-dozen or so monsters that had accompanied him, he looked like a fanciful painting of a wild man one might find in some of the more daring galleries in Altdorf. His weapon were short and brutal things, one for each hand. Some manner of oil or lampblack was around his one good eye, adding a disquietingly ghoulish aspect to his monstrous features, which was not abated by the metal-studded eyepatch over the other.

Bio:

From Imperial Historian Gustav Priscus’ A History of the Storm Legion, Volume I “Stirland”

“Little is known about where Akhvan comes from, even among the Ogres that do his bidding. It is generally agreed that he hails from the Eastern side of the Mountains of Mourn, closer to the lands of the Hung Nomads. Most of the younger Bulls in his service proclaim the same sort of tale: that upon meeting the so-called “Lord of the Storm,” they felt a calling to take up and follow him. This sort of messianic fervor is only complicated by the proclamations of the tribe’s priest, Div’e Sefid.
